Iloski Art LLC sells physical canvas art products through this website.

Product specifications

Canvas quality: High-quality 280 gsm canvas
Printing technology: HP latex printing technology with eco-friendly, long-lasting inks
Finish: Scratch-resistant protective coating
Unframed & unstretched: All canvas prints are delivered unframed and unstretched, rolled in a protective tube
Mirror edges: Canvas prints include mirrored edges to allow proper stretching by a professional framer

Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Framing

Framing and stretching are the customer’s responsibility
Iloski Art LLC does not provide framing or stretching services
We recommend using a professional framing service to avoid damage

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
A valid phone number is required to complete your order
You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order is shipped

Shipping & delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL or comparable international carriers
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–8 business days after shipment
- International orders: 5–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays
All orders are shipped rolled in a tube to ensure safe delivery

Returns & refunds

Please review our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Returned items must be unused and in original condition
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

Iloski Art LLC does not accept returns for change of mind unless required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund after verification
