Return eligibility
You may request a return or replacement in the following cases:
Order error
If we shipped the wrong item or quantity, we will cover the return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong product received
If the product you received does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition.
Defective or damaged product
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for verification.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), Iloski Art LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
